عند استلام قرار الجمعية العامة بإعلان توزيع الأرباح، يقوم مدير الحسابات بعرض إدخالات دفتر اليومية الخاصة بمساهمي الشركة (المستحقين للأرباح) من خلال إضافة رصيد في حساب توزيع الأرباح المستحقة للمساهمين المعنيين في دفتر الأستاذ العام وخصمها من رصيد الأرباح المحتجزة.
