Russian term

это самое…

Not for points Russian to English Other Other
Есть ли в английском аналог фразы "это самое…" употребляемой просто как заполнитель паузы, желательно как можно более близкий к оригинальным словам?

примеры:

Это самое…, Алён, рискуя больше тебя не увидеть в отражении весов, всё же сообщаю тебе, что ты в них отражаешься…

Алён, это самое, у тебя пупок развязался.

Алён, это самое…, когда ешь, если выпрямить ногу больше влезет.

like

In the context of parasite word frequency rating, the word "like" is considered a high-ranking parasite word. It is often used as a filler or hesitation word in speech, commonly known as a discourse marker. Due to its frequent and sometimes unnecessary usage, it has been categorized as a parasite word in linguistic analysis.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Boris Shapiro : Although it most certainly is the no.1 parasite word out there, I believe it is. properly speaking, a discourse marker. While "это самое" is functionally more of a gap filler, buying time to form the rest of the sentence. Like 'Ummm', 'you know' etc.

Listening so some speakers of Andrew Tate's or Miron's sessions I would say that they use "like" exactly like a gap filler, when they don't know exactly what to say. Besides, it says in my original post: "It is often used as a filler or hesitation word."
