I don't think it's any kind of error it's just one more example of how the jargon of one trade can seem totally nonsensical to the non-initiated.

I could quote you few past Kudoz questions of that sort, where people out of the specific business had very entertaining wild guesses, but let's not digress.

References found by Samuël Buysschaert show the term is really used by architects, and give a good idea of the intended meaning.

Mais peut-être s'agit-il juste de l'état et de l'intégrité du boîtier ou de la façade, ou encore de son implantation ou de sa fixation.
Je demanderais au client de m'expliquer si le « coin » est évident à partir d'une image.

is the best reference - gives a good idea of what is meant by "corner condition".

Something along the lines of "how we will do the corners of the building" - here "corners will be fully glazed"

"Les joints d'angle" is useless - it's only a workaround good only for one specific text.

autodesk revit 2024 (logiciel BIM) et autocad architecture 2024 évoquent la "condition d'angle".
