1.1. In this Agreement unless the context otherwise requires the following expressions shall have the following meanings:
“Confidential Information”: has the meaning given in Clause 2.
“Recipient”: means
(a) the Second Party, when it receives Confidential Information, directly or indirectly, from the Company or Company’s Representative(s), or
“Representative(s)”: in relation to the Company and any member of the Company:
