Espero que se encuentren bien. Les agradecería ayudarme con la traducción de "words", para que tengan una referencia, esta palabra aparece en un contrato de para distribuidor autorizado. A continuación les envío la parte en donde aparece el término:
Distributor shall not apply for or assign trademarks, words, logos, patents and other existing intellectual property rights related to the Supplier in any country or region in the name of the Distributor itself or its affiliates.

La marca es una de las identificaciones primordiales de nuestro negocio y se materializa en forma de una representación propia, típicamente en formato visual (logo, icono, color…) y léxico (nombre de nuestra compañía, nombre de un producto, lema…).
