I'd also just go with "acute parameters" Sounds like a PTCA with stent implant. Coronary guidewires can be used in the procedure to monitor cardiac electrophysiology and pacing:

My take Initially, I'd go for "acute parameters" as well. Otherwise, I'd need a more convincing explanation to agree with Andes, as his suggestion appears to contain much more information than the query term. Then again, it could be "med speak" ...

"Agudos" aquí se refiere a inmediatamente tras el implante del marcapasos ("at implant"). "Parámetros" parece hacer referencia a la evaluación eléctrica básica que se explicita a continuación (R e impedancia) -"electrical parameters".
