active statements

English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) Companies House extracts
An item in an extract from Companies House (UK):

Persons with significant control: 1 active person with significant control / 0 active statements

Followed by a long list of filed financial statements, confirmation statements, appointments and removals.
The company concerned is "active", but is has "0 active statements". What are active statements? Any help will be really appreciated.
