Commercial Module or Proprietary Module

Proprietary Module is not the same but says that the module belongs to someone but both commerical and proprietory are used in contrast to free software.

neutral Mike Maynerich : Usually a type of proprietary module, but here I think it talks about whether royalty payment is involved; we need more context.

Charged module

Similar commercial or proprietary, but with obvious connotation that there you have to pay to use it.

Off-the-shelf module/Commercially-available module

From the context provided, I think that the point is that no specific software is required and that modules that can be purchased are fine. When I have translated 有償の in my own work, I have used either "off-the-shelf" or "commercially-available".
