This is a field on a hospital report. After patient's personal data comes, "Càrrec: SERVEI CATALÀ SALUT". I know it means that the Catalan health authority is handling the case, has competency, etc. But I can't come upon the best way to express it in English. Thanks, and heads up because there's more where that came from. - Pat
