Careful, the mandibular branch also affects the mouth. You should check symptoms in the rest of the text to see which one is meant, or wait for confirmation from experts. Right now I am leaning toward mandibular branch.
In particular the mandibular branch of the facial nerve which if damaged affects lower lip movement.

Or "facial palsy" or "Bell's palsy".
I'm not sure. "Mundast" seems to be "mouth asymmetry", which can be seen in "facial palsy". Also it can be the consequence of a brain tumour. In some pages found in German, it seemed to me that "mundast" made reference to paralysis of the facial nerve.
Anyway, all suppositions...

I have also found \"Augenast\", \"Stirnast\"... So I guess it\'s not as general as \"facial palsy\" but more precisely \"palsy of the buccal branch of the facial nerve\", as the other poster suggests.
