This is not (only) about points - rather about phrase meaning and word choice. If you translate an Agency Agreement that indicates you have a certain document describing services provided by the Agent and signed by both Principal & Agent...

Kot, that was a bit hasty! Since there are two potential meanings, it might be wiser to give more context and see what comes out. Putting it directly, given Victor's reservations, I'm not sure my answer is correct.

Yes - could be less adversarial than this. посредничество can mean "mediation", but maybe in a diplomatic context.

Согласен, звучит коряво, можно и лучше. Но смысл - я уверен - передаёт.

Тут посреднику (Агенту) важно подтвердить документом факт оказания услуг (иначе возможность получения вознаграждения за эти услуги становится совсем призрачной).
