coherently: meaning - cohesively: structure
_Coherent_ means that the sequence of ideas is logical. A coherent paragraph is one that makes sense, where the ideas are clearly stated, where the meaning of one sentence is related to the rest of the paragraph.
_Cohesive_ refers to structure, to the way pieces are connected together. Using the same example (that of a paragraph) it would mean that the structure is syntactically and gramatically correct.
