Agree with Steffan's comments; the Sender is most likely a station or broadcaster (depending on your target audience). More context would be helpful.

Without much context, and assuming you mean cable TV (CATV) and not TV cable, this is a possibility. Some may prefer "station" to "transmission".

More context would help, sender can be the channel itself or the transmitter sending the channel.
