Correctly spelled, probably "die fokken lekker dronk en die skelm doos".
fokken (expletive adjective) = roughly equivalent to "funcking" in English.
dronk (noun) = drunk
lekker (adjective) = A very versatile adjective that can mean many things depending on its usage. Here, in "lekker dronk" it probably means "very drunk".
skelm (adjective) = Scaly, shifty, wily, sly, stealthy, scheming, dishonest, etc. It is unclear which meaning applies to your question, but it would probably be either "dishonest" or "scheming".
doos (expletive noun) = An insulting name for a person, usually indicating that he is stupid or uncool or simply socially beneath the speaker. The word literally is an informal word for vagina.

* funcking = I mean fucking.
* lekker = can be both an adjective or adverb -- here it is an adverb, sorry.
* skelm can also mean untrustworthy, which may also be applicable here.

Samuel Murray has it right - all I can add is that the original phrase given is nonsensical and incomplete. It lacks a verb. Marlene is a name but we don't know who she is.
