Palët kontraktuese kanë deklaruar se në asnjë mënyrë nuk do të kërkojnë prishjen e kësaj parakontratë për asnjë arsye por **edhe për shkak të dëmtimit përtej gjysmës** pasi që kjo është shprehje e vullnetit të tyre.

I am not sure of the meaning of this expression. Perhaps it means that the maximum for damages in case of a breach of contract will be 50 % of the total price.

DËMTIMI MBI GJYSMEN (shembull): të kontrata ngarkuese dy palshe komutative objekti i një bërje duhet të përfshijë të pakten gjysmen e vlerës së bërjes së kundertë. Psh., në qoftë se vlera qarkulluese e kaut të shitur është 500 €, blerësi duhet të paguaj për të më se paku 250 €, në të kundërten pala nuk ka marr as gjysmën e vlerës së vet dhe mund të kërkojë që kontrata të shkëputët.

I guess this means that even if the buyer hasn't payed half of the value of the house, the contract will not be breached.
