Faculty is the term used in most university and in Academic environments: Note that administrative personnel are referred to as staff. I put two sample pages one from a US university (my alma mater) and one from a UK university. Note the distinction between faculty and staff on the second web reference

In the web references, I put the

Teaching Staff

Teaching Staff member or simply Member of Staff. In official recommednation letters, I noticed that my professor put his name like this:

Prof. So and So
(Staff)

without the word "member"
