Explanation:
The second is an Australian slang which means there's no difference between two things or people.
You could also say 'two of a feather' from the expression 'two of a feather stick together'. That is two people or things that are of the same kind/ilk.

Sorry the full expression is 'birds of a feather flock/stick together'. But in spoken slang the word 'birds' can be ommited and replaced by another description to apply it to your own meaning. But it still retains its meaning (i.e. of the same kind/ilk), albeit applied to your description.
