It depends on the definition of the party who offers here that is stated in the contract, is he the fist party, second party or whatever definition?
Supposing he is the second party we can say:
Second party to keep/maintain its offer

I think this is the intended meaning. However, you may rephrase it in a different way depending on the context you have.

agree Fuad Yahya : That is the meaning , even though the fragment is in the past tense. The meaning becomes clear when you read the full sentence. It is spelled OFFERROR, by the way. Sorry, OFFEROR (Webster's).

Thanks Mr. Fuad. I consulted my dictionary and found out that both spellings are correct. Also, is it one or double "R" after the "E"?

قد يكون المقصود: التزم بموجب هذا العقد البقاء على الايجاب أي البقاء على العرض الذي تقدم به
