Yay I got it (and it wasn't easy!!!)
The word sounded a bit Turkish so I looked for the Turkish word for dunam, which is dönüm, and took it from there.
Land in North Cyprus is measured in dönüms. 1 dönüm consists of 4 evleks. 1 evlek = 3600 ft², 1 dönüm = 1388 m² or 14400 ft², 3 dönüms = 1 acre

I contactd an Iraqi friend, she told me that there is no word like اولك , and may be it is like and you have a dunam, FOR YOU,ولك

أولك = OLK
I would put the word /OLK/ and next to it an explanation of (1) OLK = (100) m² / because it is related to an era, culture, and specific measuring units that belong to Iraqi people. I decided to use this translation after a long search and historical readings. By the way, the word (Evlec) is wrong and it means something else in International Measuring Unites WHICH IS ABOUT (400 m²). Thank you!
