Catalan term or phrase: Sentence
Proporcionar uns ensenyaments interdisciplinaris suportats per la tradició de les arts aplicades i la metodologia del projecte i que recull tota la tradició dels oficis fins als dissenys.

The objective of a university course in Art and Design. The "i que" seems rather strange. Should it be without the "i"?

Here's what I've got so far: "Provide interdiscipliniary teaching with the support of the tradition of Applied Arts and the methodology of the project"

I know it's very litteral, so any suggestions for improvement are welcome.

Explanation:
Proporcionar uns ensenyaments interdisciplinaris suportats per la tradició de les arts aplicades i la metodologia del projecte i que recull tota la tradició dels oficis fins als dissenys.

Provide interdisciplinary teaching - backed up by an applied arts tradition and the project methodology - which draws on the entire crafts tradition including design.

INMO, the "i que + what follows" is thus because it qualifies "interdisciplinary teaching" and not the other two items ("applied arts tradition and the project methodology", which are expansions to "interdisciplinary teaching".

In EN the literal translation of the syntax doesn't work very well, unless you use hyphens, which may or may not be acceptable. There might be case for rephrasing:

Provide interdisciplinary teaching that draws on the entire crafts tradition including design, and which is backed up by an applied arts tradition and the project methodology.

What I don't like is "provide...teaching", maybe "provide an interdisciplinary education/training"?

Thanks. I've gone for the following sentence, which is based on what you offered me: Provide interdisciplinary training that draws on the tradition of all the crafts, including design, and is backed up by the project methodology and a tradition for applied arts.
