I do not know the English translator and probably someone else can give a wiser guess than mine, but I can give you the meaning of 'domenge':
DOMENGE
|| 1. adj. ant. Propi del senyor; cast. señorial.
|| 2. m. ant. Domini, propietat senyorial; cast. dominio.
En la toponímia menor abunden les formes el Domenge o els Domenges, que designen partides rurals que un temps foren de propietat senyorial (Calasseit, Guissona, Sant Guim, La Canonja, Benassal, etc.).

I agree with Maria's answers. I just wanted to suggest 'estates' as a possible translation for 'domenges'.
I love that dictionary too, by the way - it's essential for Mallorcan (etc.) vocabulary!
