Chinese to English Other Computers (general)

Hi all:

Does anyone know the English meaning of this phrase? I am not sure about its meaning. I think this phrase could either mean soft phone support is available in the first 30 days or soft phone support is the only support available in the first 30 days. Please help thanks!

以上產品包一年有限電腦硬件上門維修(首30天軟件電話支援)及3年有限電腦硬件維修。於三年保養期之第一年，所有配件均享保養服務，惟於第二及三年期間，保養只限下列配件：底板、處理器、記憶體、硬碟機、圖像卡、火牛、顯示屏。用戶可自行更換或提升硬件，惟ABC只為原廠硬件提供保養服務。若於保養期內因自行更改硬件而導致的損壞，ABC將收取所須之服務費用（包人工及零件）。維修範圍只限香港。如服務地區在離島或禁區，回應時間或會稍為延遲。　**ABC LCD顯示屏符合國際標準組織所訂定之品質檢定標準。若所選購之LCD顯示屏有多於5個失效光點組(FULL PIXEL)，ABC可提供更換服務。惟用戶須於送貨日起7個工作天內向ABC客戶服務部提出此項服務要求。
