经过比较分析，我们可以清楚地看出，GB/T19001标准条文恰恰是犯了GB/T19000 3.2.6注释中所指出的“概念相混淆”的错误，误将没有任何修饰词的“管理”一词理解为“一个人或一组人”，将原意为“管理代表”的“management representative”翻译为“管理者代表”了。

有趣的是，国内企业和认证界习惯将“管理者代表”简称为“管代”，恰恰是略去了“者”。这又是一个中国式的创造，还有些大清遗风的味道，没想到却与英文原意不谋而合。在标准术语未进行修改之前，笔者建议大家继续这样叫下去，“管代”！
