This is most certainly a collector's edition of some sort, but based on the fact that it says "馆藏", is it some sort of a special collaboration with a certain museum, or even library/fine arts institution?

I guess a comparative example would be Starbucks' numerous collection and collaboration in their "collectors' mugs" with many cities and artists.
