The fourth estate
I've not heard of the fourth branch - the fourth estate came to my mind immediately. But I'm not 100% certain on this. All I can find in dictionaries is 'fourth media' (di4 si4 mei2 ti3)(Zhongda Chinese - English Dictionary 2003)
