Chinese term or phrase: 晶体在位
This comes in the context of a hospital discharge report. Here's the whole sentence:

各方位睫状突较正常拉长,晶体在位

I'm stumped at the last four characters. Googling extensively has yielded some pictures, but after cross-checking "crystal is in place" and various permutations thereof, I'm nearly certain that this literal translation is not what any English-speaking eye doctor would write or recognize.

Anyone know for certain? No guesses, please.

English translation:intraocular lens in situ
Explanation:
The report is probably talking about a cataract patient having had intraocular lens placed in his/her eye(s), this is is kind of artificial lens. My mon had the same operation last September too, so I know what it means.
in situ means that there is no displacement happening to the lens.
