船潜的规律让心流动

This is the chapter title of a short book on diving. I understand that literally it means "let the heart flow" but that does not make sense to an English speaker. 心 could be something more abstract like spirit or soul though. So I understand the pieces of the title but I cannot think of a title that would be suitable for the English reader.

I have included an excerpt of the chapter to give an idea of the flavor. The author is Taiwanese. In general the book is supposed to be informative and entertaining.

在船上，当太阳从海平面上浮起，我经常会拿起相机按下快门。在海上拍摄日出，和在城市里、山顶上，是完全不同的视角，也是完全不同的感觉。在一艘船上，共同面对同一次日出，周围不乏聚集许多同船人。有些人会拿著相机对著日出拍照；有些人，只是静静望著远方。但不论何种方式，我们都会同时与一起迎接著新一天的到来，展开有种特定节奏的船潜生活。
通常，一天之中，潜水四次，也就是使用四只气瓶与穿脱四次衣服。说真的，穿穿脱脱，真的是很累的事。有人会穿5mm以上的潜水衣，但它穿脱非常不方便；怕失温的潜水者，甚至会穿上7mm的潜水衣。我只穿1mm的潜水衣，穿脱比较方便。但在科莫多岛的海域，因为南极海水会顺著海流而上，水温会掉到二十叁度左右。在陆地，二十叁度可能让人感觉舒服，但在海底，那会冷得要人命。所以穿著很薄的潜水衣，我就得咬紧牙根抗寒潜水。
