yes, exactly. this is a number of hours of particular subject per week:
2+1+0 = 2 přednášky + 1 seminář + 0 cvičení
(this is a bit tricky because at our university we have only two figures since both the "seminář" and "cvičení" we call "seminar")
So, it means that the students will have 2 lectures and 1 seminar of particular subject per week.

I understand this as meaning the number of teaching hours (hours of tuition) per week, or per other length of time if specified. In this case the 'hod. dotace' is given as a set of three figures for each subject (in the winter or summer semester), e.g. 2+1+0. |
