This has to due with education in accounting, to the level of 'NIVRA t/m AO'. I know what the NIVRA is, but what does 'AO' stand for?

Administratieve Organisatie

The abbreviation "AO" stands for "Administratieve Organisatie", which is one of the subjects forming part of the training as "Registeraccountant", the Dutch equivalent of CA or CPA. Administratieve Organisatie is roughly comparable to the subject Accounting in English.
