Business/Commerce (general)
This is from a business management text. I imagine it means something like "ability to achieve results" but think there must be a better solution. Context:
Laat de geïnterviewde uitleg geven over het resultaat dat zijn actie heeft opgebracht. Hierbij gaat het om zijn daadkracht en realisatiekracht.

ability to realize goals
Met daadkracht en realizatiekracht wordt m.i. nadruk gelegd op bewezen resultaten en ik zou eea dus liever vertalen als power/ability to take action and achieve/realize plans/goals/results.

: Yes. As you've provided what I thought, I won't bother writing an alternative, also Jur Lex's alternative: 'achievement of the objectives', even though meaning the same, would not fit into such a bit of text smoothly the way the Dutch term does

: Dit lijken mij eerder passende vertalingen voor 'daadkracht' ....

results driven attitude
Wat mij betrreft is er ook niets mis met het door jou genoemde 'ability to achieve results'. Zie de vele relevante voorbeelden op internet.
'Results driven attitude' of 'results oriented attitude' zijn bruikbare alternatieven.

: I agree, it is a quality of that person, not something that was already achieved. I like 'results-oriented' better.

: main bit, is not about attitude, in my opinion anyhow, it's about being able to realise things, that's all

: then ity's have to be 'he/she has the power to achieve' but, nobody puts it that way, it's ability that is KEY
