course description
In de tijd beschikbaar voor de discussie en nabespreking dient er in- en uitgerouleerd te worden.
This is part of a description of a course. I'm thinking of translating this as turns should be taken but I am simply barking up the wrong tree?

"in- en uitgerouleerd" seems very unusual, I couldn't find the verbs in a Dutch dictionary, but in your context, I suppose "take turns" is what is meant.
