Dutch to English Medical Medical (general) Respiratory section
Anyone have any idea what the BN stands for? VAG I know is vesicular breath sounds.
Could the BN stand for Bilaterally Normal (vesicular breath sounds)?

Especially if . VAG = vesiculair ademgeruis

Chest:­

• Bilateral Normal Vesicular Breath sounds heard.

• Absence of Added sounds.

Cardiovascular System(CVS) :

•1st and 2nd heart sounds were heard with absence of murmurs.

•No deformity detected.

Is what you would expect but Google points out otherwise. It seems it is used as an adjective in front and as an adverb behind. You only find bilateral Vesicular Breath Sounds rather than Bilaterally Ves. etc...
