El apoderamiento se ha acreditado ante mí, el notario, de forma satisfactoria Explanation: Supongo que aquí hay un elemento tácito. Es decir, que la frase debe leerse como: (Van het bestaan) van de volmacht is mij, notaris, genoegzaam gebleken. Eso sí, admito que mi traducción es intuitiva, porque no entiendo el sentido gramatical de esta jerigonza jurídica.
