The current multi-level, fractured space of street, curb, and stoop (dashed in red) can be unified into a single surface, sloped to the streets center. Shade canopies, catenary lighting and street furniture can should be coordinated to solidify the street's character. The conversion of the north-south street creates a linear continuity with the Al Ula Souq. East-west streets allow vehicles to traverse the mall.
