English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

All works required to complete the Civil Engineering works including the following works at the above mentioned substations as per DEWA specifications and DEWA approved preliminary drawings as per Annexure-IC on back to back basis for the satisfactory completion / operation of the substation are deemed to have been included in the scope of work / contract price except those identified as exclusion /free issue given under item no.2 of this contract.
