Section 1.
Place of Meetings. The annual meeting of the shareholders for the election of directors and all special meetings of shareholders for that or for any other purpose may be held in such place within or without the State of California as shall be stated in the notice of the meeting, or in a duly executed waiver of notice thereof.

What is the best translation for this phrase in Arabic in this context. Do we keep the future tense or does the present tense do the job. Can I say:

كما هو مذكور أو منصوص عليها في إخطار الإجتماع
