English term

in her boats and appurtenances

English to Arabic Law/Patents Ships, Sailing, Maritime Bill of Sale - Ship
Hello everyone,

I am translating a Bill of Sale in which I have trouble deciding on the proper translation of some terms.

This is the context:
"We, hereinafter called The Transferors, [...] transfer all 100% shares in the Ship above particularly described, and in her boats and appurtenances, to the said Transferees."
I understand that appurtenances includes whatever is on board of the ship, but do we have a special legal term or expression in Arabic for "in her boats and appurtenances"?

The text carries on: "Further, We the said Transferors for ourselves and our successors covenant with the said Transferees, assign that we have power to transfer in manner aforesaid the premises hereinbefore expressed to be transferred, and that the same are free from encumbrances, mortgages, maritime liens, and any other debts whatsoever".
Here, are encumbrances, mortgages, and liens considered the same debts as land encumbrances, mortgages, liens?
In which case liens would be إشارة but how to translate encumbrances and mortgages since they are both الرهون in Arabic?

Thanks!
