Line Drill is a very good training activity.
How to do line drill.
First you line up at the first red line in your gym. Next you run to the next red line bend down touch the line and run back to the first red line do the same thing until you do this to all four lines. After this you have completed line drill.
What it did for us.
It helped us gain leg power and kept us in shape. It gave some kids the will to work harder. It made us happy when we beat our record. As you can tell line drill is a great training activity."
