In case of violation of the term of the documents delivery specified in paragraph. 6.1 hereof, the Contractor, at the request of the Customer, shall pay the Customer a penalty in the amount of 200 US dollars per day for each day of delay in delivery of the documents for each container, the documents on which are sent with violation of the specified term. The penalty shall be paid till the moment of sending by the Contractor of full set of documents drawn up in an appropriate way.
