Discussion

Non-ProZ.com Jan 1, 2003:
In the "Private Deed" I am looking at, Company A, supplier and holder of a registered trademark, agrees to sell his products to Company B, and gives B the right to use the trademark under certain conditions.
A Chinese friend suggested that Private Deed should be translated in Chinese simply as Э or Լ, since in PRC there are no "Private" Deeds, and "˽ would be confusing in China". ˽Լ seems to be a common translation for "Private Deed". The examples I found on the web, however, are mainly related to land and real estate and stipulated between individuals.
Thanks for your comments and for any further suggestion

Is it possible to give me more information?
Otherwise, "私人盖印证书" or "私人契约" is my best guess.
