What does it feel like to be a problem?

May offend English to Chinese Art/Literary Poetry & Literature
hi everyone it is from a biography relating to racial discrimination and the context is that this question is asked by a refined social member to an african-american. so i wonder here how to translate the "problem"...i think 麻烦 or 问题 may not be appropriate. would you guys give me some advice?

问题人物/问题少年

If the person being asked this question is a teenager, then "问题少年" might be a good choice, as it's a very native expression. If not, then I would use "问题人物" instead.
Example sentence:

《乔布斯:从“问题人物”到“最成功CEO”的心理分析》
