no context...as usual :). Just a chart of commands in the middle of regular text. It appears that Cycle is a verb, power a noun (based on surrounding commands).
Eg. Unsupported device, cycle power. Control latency, cycle power. Internal fault, cycle power. It should be something to do with the electrical system/computers, GPS on a dozer, so i am guessing power should be napajeni.
