The Customer shall make payments in full within the due date and in accordance with the terms of payments agreed and confirmed by the Company in its written acceptance of the order. Any and all costs involved in the remittance of payments shall be borne by Distributor and all payments shall be made free of any and all withholdings or other deductions.
