Osobnostní práva jsou nepřevoditelná práva, která se váží k osobnosti autora a zanikají jeho smrtí - jde o právo osobovat si autorství, právo na nedotknutelnost díla, právo na autorský dohled atd. Sama literaturu překládám, ale s podobnou větou jsem se v tiráži knih nesetkala, obvykle stačí formulace "Všechna práva vyhrazena." spolu se zákazem šířit dílo ke komerčním účelům apod.
