powder coating
Twee voorbeelden van het web:
Back Ionisation: A condition, which may occur during electrostatic application of powder coating where excessive build up of charged powder particles limits further powder to be deposited onto the substrate. A pockmarking pattern usually occurs on the powder surface.
"Gun current is one of the most critical parameters affecting the quality and efficiency of the finishing process. Excessive gun current can result in lower transfer efficiency, reduced finish quality and back-ionisation. Back-ionisation limits attainable film thickness, inhibits recoating, and has a detrimental effect on the powder’s ability to penetrate “Faraday cage” areas".

nieuwe ionisatie

Example sentence:
If too many charges with the same polarity are deposited on the workpiece, the electrostatic force between the individual particles becomes so strong, that they repell each other and get pushed away from the surface. This is called back ionisation
Note from asker:

Heel veel dank!!
