In the series کارآگاه علوی, every time a case is solved, the hero takes his subordinates for a meal in the same café, which, as he’s always saying, offers the best fried liver.
Now, I would have expected ‘جگر سزخ کرده’, but he doesn't seem to be saying that. As far as I could hear it was almost like ‘jegar-e kiyete’, but please ignore if unhelpful.

What he means is جگركيه, meaning the place (or the person) where liver kabob is being made. ه at the end works as an article "the", and "جگركي" is referred to the place or just a vendor who makes the kabobs!

قبل از اینکه کارآگاهان دیالوگهای خود را بگویند شاگرد مغازه در نبود آسپیران دودکار باید به مشتریان برسد و سپس مقابل میز کارآگاهان رفته و به آنها نان و جگر داغ بدهد تا بعد از آن دیالوگهایشان را شروع کنند.
ذیرایی با جگر داغ کارآگاه علوی به همراه دستیارش کارآگاه کازرونی (محمدعباسنژاد) و کارآگاه صدری (یوسف مرادیان) در میانه مغازه در حال گفتوگو هستند، در همان حال باید منتظر فردی باشند که قرار است خبری برایشان بیاورد.
