Still working on the cartoon :
The context :

On the countries we see unhappy faces or small smiles, on that country, we see a huge smile.
Then we see two measure beams (meetbalken) One made of coins, the other of smiles.
They go up together: the one with coins stops and is caught up with the smiles that go skyhigh.
