Comment traduiriez-vous "Reconstructed hazelnut earth" dans cette recette ?

Reconstructed hazelnut earth "Dôme aux noisettes reconstitué" ? Je pense à "dôme" pour "earth" mais sans conviction. "reconstructed" me fait douter aussi.

Hazelnut and cocoa crumble
Hazelnut crunch
Milk chocolate sprinkles
Hazelnut paste
Prepare the crumble, cool and cut into 1x1cm cubes.

Explanation:
I suggest leaving out the 'reconstructed', which appears redundant.

I did wonder about using 'substrat', but that might be a bit too clinically technical for use in pâtisserie!

Explanation:
D'après moi, "earth" évoque ici surtout la texture qui doit être un peu grumeleuse comme toute pâte à crumble et la couleur qui doit être brune du fait des noisettes. D'habitude, j'utilise plutôt le terme "appareil" pour désigner la "garniture" mais on peut l'utiliser pour n'importe quel mélange. "pâte" pourrait convenir aussi mais on risque une répétition.
