appareil ou pâte Explanation: D'après moi, "earth" évoque ici surtout la texture qui doit être un peu grumeleuse comme toute pâte à crumble et la couleur qui doit être brune du fait des noisettes. D'habitude, j'utilise plutôt le terme "appareil" pour désigner la "garniture" mais on peut l'utiliser pour n'importe quel mélange. hazelnut earth base à la noisette Explanation: I suggest leaving out the 'reconstructed', which appears redundant. I did wonder about using 'substrat', but that might be a bit too clinically technical for use in pâtisserie! |
