avez-vous déjà entendu parler de "Sad Mountains" au Pérou ? Je ne sais pas s'il s'agit ici d'un nom propre.

It should be a proper noun, since it is written in capital letters.

I didn't say that these examples refer to proper nouns. "Sad Mountains" could never be the original proper noun of peruvian mountains, it is for sure a translation of "Montañas Tristes".
