The company will be paying employees all outstanding vacations and they require the employees to sign this "Vacation release agreement". What would be the equivalent in French please?

disagree  Daryo: as far as I can understand what "attribuer" means what you would make them sign would make them confirm that they have been allocated the right number of days of vacation. This form is about something else.
